Single implant and crown
A missing back tooth replaced with a dental implant, followed through to the final crown.
A titanium root placed in the jaw to carry a crown, bridge or denture in place of missing teeth.
An implant replaces the root of a missing tooth. After a 3D scan to check the bone, the implant is placed under local anaesthesia and left to bond with the bone, usually for a few months.
Once it has healed, a crown is made to match your other teeth. If the bone is too thin, grafting may be needed first.
